The surface design can be made on materials in maximum length of 7 meters, and on plates in maximum size of 3 x 1,3 meters. Surface coating of desired design pieces according to the agreement.

Workflow of design coating

• degreasing bath
• pretreatment
• yellow crhomating / iron fosfating
• base coating, using shaded polyurethane paint, ca. 20 min in 200 C
• transfer film pocket/ -vacuumination
• heating in the oven in ca. 200 C

However, we provide a flexible and effective service to our customers and can also offer the possibility to manufacture a finished product from desired material and design – thanks to Mäkelä Alu Oy and several aluminium subcontractors in La Alucenter. Our main market area is Scandinavia.
